Culinary Excellence: Executive Chef James Saunders and his team marry modern flavours and classic fare to create an excellent culinary experience. Each dish is prepared with only the finest quality ingredients and is artfully presented – indulging to the eye and satisfying to the taste buds.

Our Food & Beverage Manager, Corey Ladouceur will gladly suggest wine pairings to accompany the chosen cuisine. You can select one of our thoughtfully prepared menus or customize a menu that compliments your event to a tee.
